Though it is by far the largest city, it is the most independent. By some mysterious means, a man by the name Oli Crivina has taken control of the city through both the underground black market and even the merchant guilds. Rumored to be a burn-out witch, he has the City hanging on his every word, separating them from the Magistrate; the Coventry has sent in some of their agents, trying to slyly ingratiate themselves with the Witch, in hopes of creating dissension within their enemies' ranks
