In between the scarcely civilized areas of werewolf territory is the lesser isle itself: Whitegrass is the rolling plains and plateaus that make up the lesser isle, constantly shifting from one indigenous territory to the next. Some werewolves have ingratiated themselves with the real wolf packs that wander the area, others making themselves dominant and roaming alone.
