Built in bright white-washed colors and spiraling towers, Arcas is meant to impress, built to bring awe and hope to young Witches, telling them silently that the Magistrate is powerful, and Thana will soon be theirs. The pinnacle of the city is the Citadel itself, built with silver plates of armor to redirect the light and to dazzle the eyes. Whether it's all for show, or if the Magistrate will win, is anyone's guess
